Delicious Donair Pizza

Donair Meat:

1 lb ground beef
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne
½ tsp salt

Donair Sauce:

⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp white vinegar
¼ tsp garlic powder

Pizza Crust & Toppings:

1 (500 g) package pizza dough
1 ½ cups shredded or grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup diced tomato
½ cup diced onion
1 tsp cornmeal

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine beef with spices by hand or by mixing in a food processor. Stir and mash until fully combined. Shape the meat into a large loaf or patty and place on pan or baking sheet. Bake in oven until fully cooked (40 to 50 min). Once cool, slice length-wise into very thin strips.

To make sauce, combine the three sauce ingredients listed above and mix thoroughly.
For the crust, place dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 14-inch circle and sprinkle a pizza pan with cornmeal.

Place dough in pan on top of cornmeal base. Arrange donair meat and cheese in an even layer over dough. Add tomatoes, onion, and other toppings as desired. Bake in oven until crust is golden brown (about 20 min). Drizzle with the special donair sauce and let cool slightly.
Cut into as many segments as desired, and enjoy!
