Effortless New Years Eve Apps

New Years Eve is time for sharing your favorite appetizers with friends and family. Ring in the New Year with some effortless appetizers that won’t take you away from the party.

Coney Island Piggies
Everyone loves hot dogs in a blanket, but add a little sauerkraut and mustard before wrapping and it will be like a day in Coney Island!

Guacamole Salsa
Guacamole is not only good for you, it’s really just GOOD! This Guacamole Salsa is half guac and half salsa. Blending the two with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime will be a favorite of your guests. Make sure you have enough chips!

Sweet or Savory Popcorn
Popcorn is an easy snack to make before the festivities. Grab some cute take out containers in the craft store and put those out with some fun spices that people can add themselves. Parmesan and a nice herb blend or some cinnamon sugar or a chocolate drizzle for the sweet tooths in the group!

Cucumber Sandwiches
Skip the bread and crackers and cut up a few cucumbers and serve with cheese and pepperoni or some chicken or tuna salad. This is so healthy and delicious and won’t require cleaning up crumbs the next day!

Mozzarella & Tomato Skewers
Cut some mozzarella & tomato into squares and put one of each on a skewer, a bowl of a fabulous vinegrette like cherry for dipping. This is really simple and your guests will love this!

Cranberry Meatballs
Yes it sounds seriously scary but a bag of meatballs, a can of jellied cranberries, and a jar of tomato sauce all in a crock pot with some toothpicks on the side and you are done! These meatballs are always a party favorite and always fun when you see the reaction of your guests when they ask for the ingredients!
