Smoked Salmon And Asparagus Puffs

2 cloves minced garlic
1 box of puff pastry
4 ounces of creme fraiche
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 lb cooked asparagus
4 ounces of smoked salmon
How to Make the Dish
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange two sheets of the puff pastry on the baking sheet. Press both of the sheets together, then pierce it with a fork. Fold the edges of the pastry towards the center and brush the edges with the egg yolk. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes and then press down the center. Combine the garlic, mustard and creme fraiche in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over the center of the puff pastry and line with asparagus. Lay salmon on top of the asparagus and garnish with fresh dill.
