Zucchini Noodles with Spinach Pesto Recipe

Two mixing bowls
Large casserole dish
Food processor or blender


2 Cups Spinach
4 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Cup Cashews
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
2 Large Zucchinis
1 Cup Parmesan

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees
Use the spiralizer to create the noodles; set aside
Blend spinach, garlic, cashews, lemon juice, olive oil in a blender or food processor
